The Ginger Agency is proud to announce that we have made new appointments to our leadership team. Kerry Wells will take on the role of Co-CEO. Hilliary Baird will be taking on the role of V.P. of Client Services, and Susana Rojas will assume the role of V.P. Creative. With these changes, Ginger will boast a leadership team that is 80% female, and continue to be among only 15% of agencies with female creative leadership.

These changes follow a year of growth and expansion for the Ginger Agency team. As Co-CEO, Kerry will lead a diverse team of 15, of which 9 are professional women.

“This has been a really exciting and rewarding time for our team. In the past 24 months, our team has doubled in size and we’ve had the pleasure of working with some incredible clients. At Ginger, we are all about people, culture and doing great work. These changes are meant to level up our leadership capacity and ensure we can maintain these values as we add to the team,” says Kerry Wells.

Susana Rojas joined the Ginger Agency team in 2016 as Creative Director. She studied design at the Universidad De Margarita in Venezuela. She then moved to Boston to pursue her career in light of the challenges in her home country. She brings a wealth of knowledge, connections and expertise from working in major centres of creative excellence. As V.P. Creative, Susana will lead Ginger’s creative team.

“In 2015, we made a decision to focus outside of our region and to deliver on world-class work. Susana was the first step in this direction, as she truly is a world class designer and creative leader. She has played an integral role in our growth over the last 5 years and we are incredibly proud to have her on our team,” says Kerry Wells.

Hilliary Baird joined the Ginger Agency in 2017 as an Account Manager. She has experience working with consulting firms and is a proud alumna of UNB’s business program. Hilliary’s dedication to our clients made her the obvious choice for her new role as V.P. of Client Services. In this role, she will use her talents to grow our account and project management team.

An addition to these appointments, Adriana Spragg will now be leading our digital team as Manager of Digital Services. Adriana is another proud alumna of UNB’s business program. As well, Yashika Patel recently joined our team as Human Resources Manager. Yashika holds a Masters in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
